Some decent co-workers who are there to work as a team.

Pretty much a slapped together operation. Once again announced as a "family company" which is far from it. They will lie and string you along with empty promises and out right lies to keep you working and to make the money for them. They have no respect for their employees but just want to keep the contracts going to fill their own pockets meanwhile throwing scraps to the employees. Sadly there are a few in the work crews that are trouble by back stabbing and instigating problems. Word of advice avoid this company. During the interviewing process you will be lead to believe that it's all team and family oriented where everyone will make the good money. Reality sets in very quickly that it's completely mismanaged and a toxic environment. Just wait and see how many reviews will pop up now to give a glowing and fantastic review of what the company is like.

really nice place to work, everyone is frendly and it's good to work there, always feel appreciated. Tools and truck are new, it's easy to work safely.

There should be more teams on site for the amount of project and workload they have.
