      Benefits active quickly Decent pay

      Cons

      -Very little stability have had 4 CIOs in 5 years -Very little direction or leadership from newest CIO -Political backstabbing and power struggles among upper management -Money wasted all over due to chaos and inefficiency -People are just not nice here. Very aggressive and want to tear others down to make themselves look good. You can't trust anyone here -Horrible culture -Old legacy technologies lead to all kinds of problems -The business HATES the IT team -Wild, wild west when it comes to technologies in the practices. No standards, lots of half finished acquisitions -IT leadership is incompetent -HORRIBLE culture

      Ample PTO. Competitive pay. Positive work culture.

      Cons

      Lack of sufficient training. No room for reasonable growth. For an employee who is not in management or a physician, the health plans are catastrophic.
