great learning environment, simply because there is no proper management in place and you are left to learn on your own yet still forced to meet sales quotas without proper training or direction

no management, lots of pettiness, lack of company structure, horrible product delivery, no company culture, management will speak in Spanish and make you feel like an outsider if you do not speak Spanish, complete lack of work life balance
