Colleagues are nice to your face but judge behind your back. People who’ve only been here a year or two act like they know everything and look down on new joiners interns instead of helping. There are multiple inner circles, so you don’t really feel included or welcomed. A lot of politics here, if you’re don't know how to play, this place isn’t for you. Work might feel monotonous after some point, expected to work after hours
