After year salary revision would be 1% to 3% No growth only developer for life time Upper management has no goal set you so they dont track your growth goes unnoticed Existing peer manager are not satisfied with what you do always they say more Long work hours be prepared fro 15+ hours on initial project for 3 months Not really worth if you need growth Worklife balance is okay
