Pros

Interviews during recruiting were 45 minutes, with the last 15 devoted to my questions. After accepting, I went out with my team, even before my start date. Both of that let me get to know the type of people I'd be working with. They were excited to be here and didn't shy away from talking about the difficulties either.

Cons

The onboarding process is a little free form. There's a big checklist for starting at the company and starting on my team, but I'm in charge of picking what gets done when.
