      Pros

      Great paid. You get a car from level 37 and up. Personal loan 10000 to 20000 depending on your position and active years

      Cons

      The union rules everything. Just don´t mess with it and you´ll get along. Pretty dangerous if you´re working at a dispacht terminal or refinery. Organised crime and stuff.

      Benefits are ok but constantly being "reworked" not looking good for the next few years

      If you find yourself outside the in group just move on.
