      Excellent Working Environment, Good Access to Local facilities, Excellent It Management, friendly staff & atmosphere, ideal location, good public transport, on-going investment in technology (kit). good TOIL facilities for overtime. Range of extra activities.

      Technical Roadmap / Performance, can be affected by unsupported / unaccredited methodologies, External to IT (Quick Win Mentality) which is diametrically opposed, with how to build an effective data tier.
