This company is a nightmare to work for. Employees are overworked, micromanaged, and underpaid, with no recognition or appreciation whatsoever. The management is completely useless—there’s no support, no guidance, and they keep everyone in the dark about important business decisions. The pay is a joke, especially considering the heavy workload dumped on us while senior managers remain arrogant, out of touch, and show no concern for employee well-being. There is absolutely no work-life balance. The workload is overwhelming because they hire too many salespeople and not nearly enough service staff, leading to constant stress and burnout. To top it off, they won’t let you take more than two weeks of annual leave, giving pathetic excuses about being understaffed. This place is toxic from top to bottom.
Advice to management: To senior managers and C-level executives, start hiring more staff, pay your employees what they’re worth, acknowledge your service teams, and send them on trips like you do for sales. Reward the people who actually take care of your clients.
