      Great people to work for & to work with. Great union benefits.

      Cons

      Potentially a lot of driving depending on where you live & where your territory is if that is not your “thing”. However, once you’re in the company, if a territory that you live in or are closer to opens up- you have a pretty good shot at being able to change territories.
