Pros

The benefits are decent, and the opportunity to learn new things is unlimited.

Cons

There is a little bait and switch during the interview process. You have a tour of the very nice parts of the building, but your job is in the not-so-nice part of the building that you don’t see. It’s not a deal breaker but a little misleading. One significant con is 2nd shift. The turnover is never ending. Most of the people I started with are gone, and it’s due to an employee who is in charge. He leads by bullying and has made so many discriminatory remarks in front of numerous people. It has been brought to HR’s attention and nothing has been done. Due to fear of retaliation and no action, it’s easier to resign. One would think with the way things are in the world today, Penn Color would look at the turn over and common denominator. It’s a matter of time before someone takes legal action. Avoid 2nd shift!

Nothing bad to say, If you get hired, they do want you to stay and build a career there. May not be the best place if you're looking for a "stepping stone".
