      Scientifically respected. Small, friendly community. Good health coverage.` cool amusement park` Smell of chocolate everywhere. I wish I could write more pros....

      Cons

      No compensation at all. Low salary. High rental fee. Expensive small town. Nothing to do in winter. That is it, sorry.

      flexibility. I'm on a fellowship I won with a great advisor. It is not so good for others.

      Cons

      An inherently liminal position with severely reduced benefits.
