Pros

Community is tight knit, family oriented, diverse and the area is really beautiful. The DDAR team has great leadership and pays competitively for those in leadership roles.

Cons

Those in mid career positions are not paid quite as generously and it takes a lengthy period of time to advance within the organization because talented people stay there.

Developed strong customer service and communication skills by assisting educators and community members. Worked for a well-respected public institution, which looks good on a resume.
