      Often get assigned a lot of patients, as night we typically have 2-3 CNA/PCAs Not paid enough for the work we do

      Mission-focused Some patients and employees are nice Good benefits

      Cons

      Crowded and Busy. In the cancer institute the lines for check-in went out the door and it seems like everyone forgets their manners in that place. Very little pay for dealing with so many angry patients
