Flexible working conditions, good pay once you are fully trained.

Cons

Poor management practices, infighting amongst managers means that issues are miscommunicated and overlooked. As this is a company that hires from within, old work practices and issues have followed them through their growth years. Rarely operate as a team as they are protective of their limited resources.

You get a paycheck, and little bit of time off, 5 day work week

Cons

Other people doing simple jobs getting way overpaid for what they are doing, machine operators that dress like bums they do not wear company uniforms provided by the company and look nasty, no safety protocol at all.
