Tenants are unhappy. Workers are burned out. Supervisors lie to owners so they are not in the spotlight. Management will blame anyone to get off the red reports. HR favors certain managers and does not treat all employees equal. VERY phony (MP) The company harasses you via email to answer surveys and "Best in" competitions. It is all just a "big show". If you kiss up to managers, they give you better reviews. Certain middle managers are gossipy and unprofessional. Others are rude and dismissive. certain regional managers have no idea what goes on at the site. Unbelievable! If you would like to work somewhere where there is a true chance to grow, do not work for Pennrose. They try to fire you when you get hurt. There will be no compliments from your manager on a job done well. This review is not from an employee who was angry. The truth can be seen in the reviews. HIGH HIGH HIGH turnover. You will be very unhappy taking a job here until they restructure.
