- amazing company culture, colleagues for the most part all care for each other even if you don’t know them well. - if you start in a junior role, PensionBee will support you in career moves with comprehensive training, some super talented people to learn from too. - good amount of holiday days and well staffed enough to be able to take them with no issue. - judgement free environment. - everyone has a voice at PensionBee and will be listened to when they speak, individual opinions are respected and taken into account.
Cons
- limited exposure to senior management, particularly for remote workers. - not enough done to encourage socialising with colleagues, lots of remote workers and not much by the way of company socials, although this could change when Covid isn’t so prevalent. - pay could be better and pay rises could be more fluid, especially because everyone works so hard and really cares about doing a good job.
