Pros
They pay you every two weeks.
Cons
In an effort to avoid a defamination claim, I will keep this short. This place is rough to work for, the management is mostly family, with that comes the typical "you are not right, we are all right". Management can take a "do as I say, not as I do" approach. In my experience, they also do not give wage increases. Their insurance was amazing, employer paid. But that recently changed and the deductible grew 3x. The team I was on had a frustrating dynamic where a teammate is also your boss so you cannot ask a question without it becoming a big deal. For a place so heavily saddled with process, there is also a surprisingly lack of documentation on how to do things. It is generally frustrating and I suggest not working here. There is so much more that can be said, that is truthful, but it isn't worth the potential dangers.
