A con for penthouse is the Bad management

The uniforms are really cute, you basically get paid to party & meet a lot of cool new people including coworkers as new friends.

The pay is not what you think. When you first start you only get paid a sparkler rate. Then you get half or full cut depending how long you've been there and your performance. Still not making enough. The uniforms are literally stripper outfits. We're always practically naked.
