So informal company, they reached you for a position and an location without have a real vacancy, you feel motivated because it is supposed they provide relocation package but soon you realize it so basic and it locks you from apply for other better companies at least for 18 months when you accept it. When I was in the process many other companies looked for me but in that moment I got the VISA from this company and it could be hard to move. The recruiter sent me other offers in different cities and no for the same original position without tried to adjust at least the salary
