Pros
Nice canteen, don’t let the pool table fool you nobody uses it ..it’s just there to make them appear a bit cooler

After some time there my thoughts as follows: Clicky senior management. Clicky culture. Nice on the surface but quite a bullying culture when you scratch beneath the surface. I watched several people ’depart’ very quickly and quietly if they ‘didn’t fit’ despite being diligent employees…Quick and brutal! Hybrid working was promised but if your manager isn’t a fan then you’re in office mostly, even if it’s not necessary, a lot of ‘presenteeism’ . Recent changes in corporate structure have made all this worse too not better. Pity it looked promising at the start….
