Pros
Overall the job duties were great, coworkers were great, publishers were great, and the advertisers were great. The location was decent and the travel time wasn't too bad.
Cons
The working conditions under specific management was to say the least unfavorable. Collaboration with other departments was frowned upon as it was looked at as "goofing around and wasting company time" which was frustrating when trying to work with editorial in tight deadlines. Management was never available and always had her door closed. Inexperienced and unprofessional at certain times made it difficult to enjoy coming to work. The environment was not inviting and became toxic. High turnover was a result from poor management - company eventually was acquired.
