Pros
My time at People 2.0 provided strong exposure to workforce solutions, implementation processes, and client-facing operations. I had the opportunity to work across multiple systems such as Salesforce, and internal workforce platforms, which helped expand my technical and analytical skill set.
The role also allowed me to collaborate with cross-functional teams, handle escalations, and participate in UAT testing, which strengthened my problem-solving and communication abilities. The remote work environment offered flexibility, and there were opportunities to grow internally for those who were proactive.
Cons
Communication and follow-through from leadership could be inconsistent at times, particularly regarding role expectations, feedback, and career progression. Workloads could become overwhelming without clear prioritization, especially during implementations or high-volume periods.
Additionally, compensation did not always align with the level of responsibility and workload expected, which may impact long-term retention for experienced employees.
