      Seeing good learning outcomes. Participants you serve are nice and you do not have to medicate or toilet them.

      Pros

      Kind people who legitimately believe in their mission. They did their best to accommodate issues and help their employees and the individuals they serve.

      Cons

      Supporting people with mental health issues is always going to be a crappy job with low pay, that's just the way it is. They could've been more organized at times, but honestly I get it.
