Pros
Remote work, good team enviroment (by team members of same status). Everyone was trying to help out during rush hours. Payment on time.
Cons
Toxic management, especially from Seniors. They have a few favourites and for the rest they treat you like an outsider. They preach inclusion and diversity but that goes only one way, not everyone is welcome here. You get promoted only if you have the right relationships with upper management. Very little guidance from start until the end. Was basically trained for 4 days and thrown to deep water. You are not appreciated, you are just a number. Very high workload, Customers give you a hard time because they have a lot of issues with connecting and the company doesnt try to resolve the issue with their software. The salary is barely above minimum wage and bonus is a joke. I would reccomend this job only for anyone who is desperate and would consider leaving for something better.
