      - wfh setup from day 1 - equipment provided - monthly grab vouchers - HMO from day 1 - supportive admin team - chill environment (depends on the client, but so far my colleagues say the same) - yearly salary increase!! - 21 days leave

      Pros

      Great if you don't have experience working with an international client. They have 2 months training period with the client. PC provided. WFH. Very accommodating and kind staffs, they'll assist you with care.

      Cons

      I think I can only comment about the salary. Since you are working under the agency, do not expect the same amount of salary with those who are working with a direct client, although it's normal across all agencies.
