      Horrible - General Laborer PeopleReady Employee Review

      There are no pros at all.

      Cons

      Super low pay for super labor intensive work. They claim same day pay but you regularly have to wait over 24 hours to get paid, worst if you work on a Friday, you won't see pay until Monday evening. Very rude and condescending branch office workers. Jobs are not screened so you get tricked in to working bs shifts and can't refuse to stay because they will suspend your account. I could go one for many paragraphs more.

      You get paid within 48 hours. Timing on pay is always good.

      Pros

      Connecting people with work that paid daily.

      Cons

      Once leadership changed it was downhill from there. The new branch manger came in and systemically ruined everything we built.
