Pros

Not one pro from 5+ years working there

Cons

Sexually harassed by both temporary workers and customers, had my windshield wipers broke, corporate refused to pay more than $7.25/hr my first 3 years there for ANY job, worked easily 70+ hrs/wk with no additional compensation. On call 24/7. They claim diversity and inclusion....really they didn't want you to put African Americans to work (I'm not AA, btw) and if you did, you were to offer minimum wage. Basically, white, drug addicted people only were "supposed" to work there.

Pros

Connecting people with work that paid daily.

Cons

Once leadership changed it was downhill from there. The new branch manger came in and systemically ruined everything we built.
