      Pros

      Ton of autonomy to run the branch. Great benefits. Nearly impossible to get fired do to the far-left leaning HR policies making it to where leaches stay, and high performing employees leave.

      Cons

      Little to no support from leadership. Bonus targets are made to be nearly impossible to hit. No real opportunity for growth within the company. Branches are regularly understaffed and still expected to hit target goals. Markets all over the country have collapsed leaving branches with little jobs to provide. Assocaites are becoming less and less reliable leading places like Amazon to shift to robotics.

      Pros

      Connecting people with work that paid daily.

      Cons

      Once leadership changed it was downhill from there. The new branch manger came in and systemically ruined everything we built.
