Pros
This was my first Job out of college and gave me experience learning how to work in an office environment.
Cons
First off, I am having trouble believing any positive review s on this website, I would not be surprised if they are fake. Not a single person in my office was happy with their job or the company. Even the recruiters who had been their for years all expressed varying levels of disinterest. The company will tell you that their is a lot of "room for growth". This is not true, they have very ambiguous requirements surrounding promotions. Even if you are consistently meeting goals, they have no set requirements so they will give a laundry list of what you are doing wrong but not tell you what you can do right or how to be promoted. The environment was horrible, I was actually told by another recruiter on my sixth week, that I should quit! I was terrified to ask questions and felt myself being tormented every time I asked one. On several occasions I was publicly belittled in front of the entire office. You will be expected to work 45+ hours a week, but not get paid for overtime or any type of commission. Management only steps in and pretends to care when they need to. My manager rarely conferenced with me to go over how things were going. I think I spoke with him less five times in a one on one environment in the year I was there. You have no job security, I watched several reps get hired and fired within the same month/week. Worst of all you are encouraged to lie to candidates, I told several people jobs would be "temp to perm" although they had no chance of being hired perm. You are encouraged to lie, I sill feel guilty and ashamed.
