      Most team members are amazing to work with. Many collaborate well and are great leaders.

      Cons

      The weak leaders need to sifted out more thouroughly. They are not eager and don't have great leadership skills.

      Pros

      Pay was great, m-f bank and my co workers.

      Cons

      Management they are not forgiving over one mistake- also it’s a revolving door. No one has been there for over 2 years without being let go or quit. Management is not your friend - sneaky and will find a way to get rid of you even if you try your best.
