The people I work with are great. They are professional and always get the job done without complaining.
Cons
There is no real decision making. We come up with a solid strategy only to scrap it before we place the plan in motion. Too many "yes"people and not enough communication. The blame game is a constant theme. People are severely overworked and underpaid. No opportunity for growth
