      Great chances to take online trainings, Usually fairly busy, Co-workers are very easy to get along with, Hours of operation are nice

      Cons

      Safety Practices are not enforced, Will tell you to do the opposite of safety practices & if you do it you will be reprimanded, Did not have shop tools as managers had promised, Will tell you to let strangers/customers to borrow your tools

      Through my career I have learned a lot on the automotive industry.

      Cons

      Corporate found a way to cut payroll by approximately $1k monthly to former assistant managers by eliminating the overtime associated with the position and eliminating the position , renamed it and lowered the hourly rate and put them under " commission ". Results...many guys looking for a new job cause with cost of living constantly increasing pay went down drastically plus most stores are understaffed but corporate keeps pushing for productivity, really bad work environment.
