      Pros

      All dependent on who your supervisors are. Mine had been wonderful. Other's supervisors are terrible.

      Cons

      No 401K match. Medical benefits leave quite a bit to be desired. New CEO is a tyrant.

      The 401k is great! And the manager at my store is pretty awesome too.

      Cons

      Open every holiday other than Christmas Day and thanksgiving day. Pepboys does not close for anything. They want everyone to work in 100+ degree weather with no A/C in shop and when the roads are unsafe to drive in winter. Company does not care about it’s employees
