Assistant Manager - Anonymous employee Pep Boys Employee Review

There are really no good things that come from working at Pep Boys. I worked there for 3 years and in that time I and other managers were constantly threatened by the Area Director who intended to take hostile action against or in retribution for unreasonable sales goals. I was forced to punch off the clock and still perform my duties as a manager, in other words I was forced to performed work for Pep Boys when I was not on the clock. Which is illegal. My time card was always tampered with. I informed human resources,but the did nothing about it.
