Pros
Great people to work with. Worked along side individuals who were either passionate or exercised their skills to greatly benefit the consumer and close by businesses alike.
Cons
They all had their own temperaments and clashes. Especially when it came to service. Favoritism was usually allowed and often times created conflicts among the workers. This was during my time as a entry level at a different store while the manager at that location didn't enforce or follow company policies or regulations themselves.
