      The other mechanics and techs were good people

      Too many to list. Company is a joke with a pay system that scams you out of your hard earned money. My pay for 2 weeks of work with 30 flat rate hours was exactly the same as a week in which I only had 13 flat rate hours. Upper management is snakes

      Through my career I have learned a lot on the automotive industry.

      Cons

      Corporate found a way to cut payroll by approximately $1k monthly to former assistant managers by eliminating the overtime associated with the position and eliminating the position , renamed it and lowered the hourly rate and put them under " commission ". Results...many guys looking for a new job cause with cost of living constantly increasing pay went down drastically plus most stores are understaffed but corporate keeps pushing for productivity, really bad work environment.
