      They try to keep everything running and maintained. Not a bad shop but with everything results may vary depending on those above you

      Corporate BS about productivity and performances, some of which isn't always managed properly. High price repairs and problematic software

      The 401k is great! And the manager at my store is pretty awesome too.

      Cons

      Open every holiday other than Christmas Day and thanksgiving day. Pepboys does not close for anything. They want everyone to work in 100+ degree weather with no A/C in shop and when the roads are unsafe to drive in winter. Company does not care about it’s employees
