There was no problem if I had to be late in the morning because of doctors’ appointments (and there was quite a few of those). The bosses are very accommodating in this respect.
At the time I left we had a fantastic team and I will miss every single person I worked with.
Even though I wasn’t there very long, I received a raise twice and was promised there would be more later on.
The bosses do appreciate the hard work you’re doing. We get bonuses and get taken out for a meal when there is something to celebrate.
Cons
Holiday allowance could be better considering you need to book like a week off for Christmas shut-down. This only really lives you with just enough days for a 2-week holiday and a few emergencies.
