      You will meet some good people. Pepper is a good company if you are new to the workforce or you just want a comfortable job with no progression.

      Cons

      - Poor remuneration - Poor leadership by Execs - No such word as "employee retention" - Micromanagement - Nepotism! If you are in the good books, all the opportunities will be yours!

      Location, WFH, hours are static 9 - 5:30

      Cons

      There sometimes can be alot of deadlines all the time. There's always some new s/s to fill in, or excel to complete to send to X. Feels like sometimes can get in the way. Recurring system issues too.
