easy to get a job here, not many qualifications needed

High turnover. low pay. high stress level. one of the kitchen-"chefs" were a narsissist, making my shifts with them someting I did not look forward to. Misusing power of that positiion to make themselvs look better to the managment something that was the reason why many quit working there, it was very high turnover, some of the other colleges were very nice to work with but they also quit due to the toxic enviroment.
