Pros

Decent Starting Pay, 40 hour workweek.

Cons

Extremely high turnover rate for good reason! Company targets and takes advantage of low education and low income earners infringing on their employment rights. Bait and switch tactics, deceptive job descriptions including hours, initial training requirements at cost of new employee, minimize direct contact options to location office contacts, intimidating staff hindering questions and assertion of rights to handle complaints, HR issues, Inter office business security is used against employees to keep employees from documenting/record of business and staff misconduct, Lie regarding record keeping, employee rights, staff run you around in circles when trying to speak to correct contact regarding issues, payroll, complaints, documentation, etc. expect you to use your break time and non work hours to resolve company errors that you have to fix such as employee pay, employment contract, also lies and fraudulently records employees as quitting, not being terminated due to new employee policies/requirements, absences including life or death emergencies, etc. and does not provide employee with separation papers, lies that they will need to follow an online link that is only a review assessment, once you lose your security badge access to the building it is impossible to contact them again or to even dispute the grounds of separation to keep you from filing for unemployment and protect and hide business misconduct.

Pros

I've worked at Percepta as a Business Operations Manager for 11 years. Started as an Assistant Operations Manager and was promoted after a year to Business Operations Manager and then promoted again 3 years later to manage a program that I am still on which consists of 4 different locations, one being in the Philippines.

Cons

No cons from me as Percepta has allowed me to grow and develop in my role as BOM and accomplish things that I never would have imagined previous to working there. There is a reason I have been there for 11 years and it's because of the people I work with and the managers that I have worked for.

Pros

Flexible remote work environment with supportive supervisors and helpful team members. The training was well organized and provided the tools needed to assist customers effectively. It was a good opportunity to improve communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills while working with a diverse customer base.

Cons

Some days had high call volumes, which could be stressful during peak periods. Performance metrics were closely monitored, and certain customer issues required coordination with multiple departments, which could sometimes delay resolutions.
