Pros

Employees are treated equally. There’s room for advancement. The managers are fair and don’t pick favorites.

Cons

In the New Jersey office you have to work 3 days on site and 2 days remotely. Digital Support (chat, social media) positions should be completely remote. If you don’t answer calls you shouldn’t have to be on-site.

It went extremely downhill and they pretend you’re still getting paid enough to put up with that lol
