They can pay well based on experience - sometimes.
Cons
They are a small company, so not alot of work opportunities available. The management is very bad. Their training is repetitive and only meet minimum requirements for the industry. They will always side with the client during any discrepancies to retain what little business they have. The guards must always cover, fight & stand up for themselves because no one will do it for you or come to your aid.
