1. Non supporting lead / seniors, if you are a fresher then there is no proper training given here. In spite of helping freshers they gives you more and more pressure so your confidence can go down.You can't expect a help from lead who is there since 13-14 years . 2. Fake practice : Clinets are informed that their project is handled by experienced people where reality is freshers are being interviewed with client on fake bio of experienced people. 3. when fresher have to handle the project as if he or she is experienced and have to go under lot of pressure . Even if you are taken on the place of experienced guy , you are being paid as fresher. 4. Very low salary for freshers . 5. If you to keep your peace of mind at good state, better not to join this company . 6. Some people having said in review "Good company" and bla bla.. that all is fake . 7. Don't expect comp off.
