Pros

P and S has a wonderful team and each division and segment has truly become more integrated and aligned since I began. The product is king and the client experience is paramount here. The organization has come a long way to building structure and systems to better support the end user results. What I loved most is that I could ask for anything and it would at least be considered. The answer was never a hard no but rather how can we make this happen? I was supported by a wonderful management and leadership team and my peers were always very supportive.

Cons

Very supportive sr mgmt team

Pros

A small bit of teamwork was the only thing that kept me going some days.

Cons

This place drained me fast, workload was completely out of control, and I was blamed whenever I couldn't finish the impossible list they stacked on my plate. Management was rude and disrespectful, and some acted like a bully the moment I asked for support or pointed out the very real problems everyone was dealing with. Any mistake I made while scrambling to keep up was taken out of my pay instead of fixing the crazy system that caused the issues in the first place. They pretended they had never heard any complaints even though we kept raising the same concerns repeatedly. My pay got capped, my territory got chopped down, and any hope of fairness disappeared the longer I stayed. If I value my peace at all, I know I can never go back to a place that made me feel this stressed and overlooked.
