I'm torn between saying nothing to let Perficient get away with these fake reviews that they've posted below recently (ironic how there are at least 18 5 star reviews that all happened to be submitted on May 30) to boost up their Glassdoor rating, and wanting to warn others about what you're actually getting yourself into when you work for this company.
Leadership, take a hard look at what makes the Big 4/8 consulting firms successful - i guarantee you it is not crunched timelines for EVERYTHING, zero value for work/life balance, milking your employees like they are cogs in a machine, terrible maternity/paternity leave policies, crappy health insurance benefits, virtually no training opportunities, I could go on.
