Pros
Rock solid server and client products with brand name customers using them. Great benefits -- or whatever is left of the original great benefits.
Cons
Well it's no secret that Perforce was sold to a Summit Partners back in January of this year. Major talent has left Perforce to pursue better opportunities as that new management does not have a clue of the products it's selling.
