Pros

No pros to this job, other than it's a paycheck. This place was so dysfunctional it's not funny. Don't bother.

Cons

There was very high turnover. In my one year there there was two CFO's and to Sales Directors. The leadership was downright mean. There is no investment in the business, from IT to office supplies. There was zero work / home life balance. Plus the leadership is unethical. For example, I was responsible for paying out the sales people bonuses and there was blatant manipulation of the numbers, from the plan, the cost of goods sold (impacting margins, which was a component of the payout) to Sales.

Pros

Very good company to work for. Team coordinator and supervisor didn't hover over you. As long as you were doing your job you pretty much was at work with no supervision. It's a shame that the plant closed. I enjoyed every minute of employment.

Cons

None that I could think of.

Pros

Medical benefits were affordable compared to other companies. Corporate offices were new and nice and some very talented people.

Cons

Company owners reporting expectations are the only focus of this business. Management will find a way to hit a number regardless of the method, broken promises, high turnover, the inability to change, negative culture, lack of timely decisions and communication amongst leaders which results in inefficiencies down the line, lack of opportunity/growth, systems that are very complex and difficult to work with. 401(k) match removed, no bonuses, no formal goal setting, measuring process, mid year or end of year reviews to help drive personal performance and the business forward. No raises or a plan to offer them.
