      Pros

      Pay is good, benefits are decent. Always have work to do, sometimes it's more hours than you want but it is a dependable income. You get paid for the amount of work you do.

      Cons

      Usually long hours, workload sometimes distributed unevenly based on performance. Work life balance usually isn't terrific.

      Management and good culture. Co workers are great and management listens to concerns

      Not many that I know of. Great job overall

      Benefits are good 401K decent PTO

      Cons

      poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
